Your advice is far more genius than a man's, it is more accurate to the women's psychology. Your very insightful and I think the key underlining is to approach from her point of view. Sometimes us men spend more time thinking how to relate to women rather than how to comprehend them first. I enjoyed your video !!!

Finally! Hayley you got it right! This short video has better and more useful information than all the others I have seen combined, and I've seen a lot. The best convo tip I've seen. I've done these things spontaneously and it really allows you connect. Just one problem; if you are a guy be careful how you compliment a women's accessories or she will think you want to buy some yourself. In fact stay away from her clothes.

Guys don't listen to her!! the only thing you need to say is, excuse me, I was wondering if you were single? the first thing you need to find out is if she's taken & interested in you, if she's not taken & interested the rest is easy after that!!

+Arturo Portillo That line sounds like you're taking a survey. The best openers should show your sense of humor, and show that you like meeting people just for fun, and not just to get laid. If you approach like "I need a girlfriend, are you available?" this immediately gives you less value.

After watching this once, I notice that it's a lot easier to think of things to say to open strangers when I'm out in public, which is a skill that I'm working on for my business. I can't open everyone, but I can think of something to say to perhaps 1 out of 4 strangers, which is better than I was able to do a couple days ago.

The problem is girls know that guys don't give a crap about how you coordinate your purse and top, and most of these lines would sound very contrived and insincere, or she might think you're gay. It would be better to just be honest and tell her you want to talk to her because she's hot, or just make a funny observation about something going on at that moment. If you can open with a line that makes her laugh or smile you have sparked a little bit of interest that you can build on. It's more important to focus on creating a feeling of natural spontaneity and sincerity so she doesn't feel like she is being gamed by some desperate guy.

Hayley I like the way you wear your hair, a very nice dramatic colour contrast with your hair colour and that white top. (How'm I doing?) You seem very sensible and logical, I like a person who uses what they know to help others. That's very generous, you look very genuine and sound very clued up about what makes people tick. Me, I've never really learned about all that, for so many years now, but I think that this will help. Thank you x

This is honestly more helpful than half the stuff on the topic. I am tired of running into pick up artist pages, do not get me wrong I will watch something that interesting, but a lot of what they teach is common sense. I assume basically women are women and are attracted to men that are men. I mean seriously let me go to the mall, raise my shirt and rub my belly. The matter of the fact is I do what I want to do. Talking for me is awkward, I am a writer.. I love to talk and have conversations.

@StygianStyle 9 жыл бұрын
+MrCitrusfruitz "Just be yourself" is a rhetorical expression that means absolutely nothing. So is "no worries." You are one of the 99% of guys that just wait for the girl to make the move, which happens to an average guy about once a year. Wake up and realize you have no useful information to give anyone about anything.

Hayley, I just had an excellent thought in relation to this whole video. Practice makes perfect, and you need to do things that allow you to practice more effectively. So, what if you simply spent a lot of time imagining yourself as someone else? You might make this thought-cycle automatic, so that when you see someone for the first time, almost instantly you can understand what they are feeling and can likewise have a mastery over the situation. Basically, it's a big cognitive empathy bump (not emotional empathy).
@tonyho94

6:08- 6:30 A is for Assume What was the second part? I think she said "Other girls as you well know require a lot more plowing you to invest a lot more in the open of the conversation before she's gonna feel ready to respond to you. This is where you'd pause and wait if she doesn't respond to the observation. You then make an assumption. An assumption is basically a cold read, a guess about what she's like based on what you've seen.

This may sound overwhelming, and at first I was like "what is she on about?" But then I realized that what Hayley is describing is just cold-reading. One thing though is that your observations sound a bit...for lack of a better word, girly. The observations are that of a woman or a gay man.

This is extremely helpful information and an easy acronym to remember with so much packed in. Although I've seen similar techniques used in other guys' videos on approaching women, it hasn't been condensed into a simple formula like this one which you don't have to struggle to remember. Thanks very much for this.

I hear way too much room ambiance, and you voice echoes about a bit too much. Just move the mic closer or get a lavaliere mic. That way, your voice will be front and center, clear and clean. I'm in middle school and I really want to get to know this girl, but I'm afraid that if I try talking to her or start engaging in a conversation with her that she'll think I'm 'hitting on her'. Any suggestions?
@lamborger
@lamborger 10 жыл бұрын
Then don't hit on her, bro. There's a few things you have to remember. 1) you don't REALLY know this girl. You said yourself that you "want to get to know her." Well, think about it. How did you get to the point where you knew which friends you want to hang out with and which people you didn't want to hang out with. You just interacted with them and assessed if they seemed cool. That's exactly what you should do here. Make your interest clear from the beginning (that's really important, 9otherwise you can easily fall into the friend zone) but make sure you aren't building this girl up to be something super cool that you will be devastated to lose when really you don't even know her. Just talk, be comfortable, and listen to her answers. Joke around with her and be yourself. Do not try to impress her. Remember: you don't know her and the only way to get to know her is to be friendly and comfortable and open with her. 2) hitting on a girl means talking to her with the specific purpose of getting in her pants. Don't do that. But getting to know her is different. You have no "purpose," you just want to talk. If she can't tell the difference there is nothing you can do about it. But don't worry, most people can. So just be yourself. 3) don't try to impress her. It will only backfire. BE COMFORTABLE and have a good time talking to her and engage her in the fun. Hope this helps.

Try to take classes that she likes. It's easy to make conversation when you have a common activity, like art. If she likes you she'll let you know quickly and you'll hang together. If she doesn't, then find someone else, because you can't force someone to like you. I really don't believe in the friend zone. Guys who feel they fall into that fail to realize that the girl is just not interested and wants to keep things casual.
