Most of the native features of these earbuds such as slide volume control only works if you have an iphone. I use my airpod pro 2 with my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, they work great but the native features are only supported on apple phones.

You can use Notify When Left Behind on an iPhone with iOS 15 or later, iPad with iPadOS 15 or later, Mac with Apple Silicon and with Find My items. For AirPods Pro, AirPods Max and AirPods (3rd generation), you need an iPhone 12 or later.

@@sjredd22 Hello Samuel, I went to the apple service center a few days ago and they said they didn't know exactly what was causing it, but they reset my airpod pro settings by pressing the button on the back for 5 seconds or something(it's probably in the manual). After that I unpaired my airpods from each of devices and re-paired them, and I haven't heard my case make any sounds ever since, so I think this might work for you too. Best wishes

There is a bug with Apple airpods pro generation 2 ; When watching a song on KZbin, the video and timer will freeze while you continue to hear music. I don’t see same issue with normal Airpods. The workaround is to disable spatial audio head tracking in Airpods pro 2 settings. I hope this helps someone who is facing similar issue with Airpods pro 2 ;

I’ve had the 1G for a couple years. I tried the 2G about 4 months ago but I got a defective pair, all kinds of issues so returned them to Target np. But I waited a few more months and just got a new pair of 2G and they are awesome, no issues at all! The bass sounds are especially rich. Not sure what the issue was with the first pair I got - but glad I returned those!

You said 6 hours listening time then had 3-4 charges, for total of 30 hours … 30 hours of what? Do you mean you can charge up the case and the case alone will recharge the buds 3-4 times up to about 30 hours before have to recharge the case? Little confused. Thanks for any clarification here. This is a weird question,I know, but I cannot find the answer anywhere. I take my over ear noise cancelling headphones to the movie theatre, and wear them, not plugged into anything , during the coming attractions, or sometimes the whole movie, to protect my ears from the (to me) unreasonably loud volume. The headphones are cumbersome and I'm wondering if these would do the same job. No music, no sound, just help block out other too loud sounds. I asked Bose about theirs and was told that their earbuds are not for that purpose.

Great review all you said about the AirPods pro is 100% correct. One thing that was missed was the volume of the transparency mode is 40% lower than Airpods Pro 1st generation. I tested with 2 pairs of the 1st and 2 sets of 2nd. Disappointing as I am using it as a hearing amplifier a lot.

Correction: we can charge AirPods pro 1st gen with apple watch charger as well, its just not magnetic, and hence you have to actually search for the correct alignment so that it charges, 2nd gen implements mag safe and nothing else

I do like the 2nd version a lot more mainly due to the magnetic wireless charging and the speaker on the case itself. So many times I’ve struggled to find my AirPods and now it’s way easier.
