Fun to see Base only Haymaker. I'm used to the Jungle and Fossil inclusions, so I think it's interesting to see the Birds being used. Really adds to the Rock Paper Scissor element

Always played the og base fossil but I'm looking also for base set and jungle too, the metagame is so different here and I don't think you can even use the promo Mew, Mewtwo For this deck i suggest to you also 1 copy of Chansey, it's great in certain situation to stall the oppo and it could be a key card for the victory, 1 hit ko almost everything with 80 damage

Is there a website/person that I can buy proxies from to build these decks? I love retro formats but I hate printing proxies/playing exclusively on TCGone. Is there a seller for retro proxies that j can use for home games?

I'm not sure about buying proxies, but when I have to use them I print from pkmncards.com because they have high quality scans. You just have to adjust the card size to 2.48in x 3.47in before printing (or 6.3cm x 8.8cm)
