Tuesday Tips: Ep. 7 - 7x7 Center trick

I have to say, almost all of these beginner tips seemed geared towards people MUCH slower than you initially mentioned in the first video. I learned almost all of these before I had even done 25 solves on a big cube.

Waiting for the expert episods ! But else, on 7x7, when the middle bar has 3 pieces (like in your case) on the left, I build a 2x1 bar on another center on the front, then I do this : E 3Rw U 3Rw' E', with the E done with 3Uw' Uw. That's only 5 moves to pair the last bar and insert it. Is it okay or should I really start with the middle bar ?

I didn't follow exactly what you're talking about in this case, but as you get more advanced sticking to strickly one technique is usually not a good idea. This tip is useful for beginners who are exceedingly slow at slices and recognition. In more advanced cases this is something you just want to keep in mind while solving, as you can weigh the pros and cons of doing it. Additionally you can often partially do this and use cancellations in other ways to avoid the bad cases talked about here.
