If everyone had a spine like that girl, this world would look vastly different. Rachel is awesome; even in her everyday demeanor you can see that underlying strength & independance. Its rare to see such self-assurance without any of the arrogance & hubris that is so often substituted for the genuine article.

If the Capt had put his bruised-ego aside for a second he might have considered offering her an assistant for the charter, and keeping Rachel on - either way he was going to need to find another crew-member, and the odds of a replacement being an improvement would be slim imo

Some ghastly rich snob guests order the world, then the guys have to source the stuff… and they’ll probably have one pastry for breakfast, and maybe request a crawfish dish one night and then that’s it. Even if she’s not Cajun cooking-proficient, the guests probably don’t even know that!

This charter guests returned on Below Deck Sailing Yacht, and demanded the same 10 meal course, although they didn't ask for the rest on the sheet. Illeisha, the chef, has managed to finish it with all the help of the stews and the guests were elated. The tip were 30K.

Rachel was drunk when she did and she was drinking while working. The first officer spoke out and said Rachel was under the influence of alcohol and was also sacked prior to also excessive drinking. The Rachel we saw that night shouting in the taxi was the same Rachel that quit to captain Lee she was under the influence of alcohol

She was drinking that day notice how she constantly had a cup of something with her for that whole day drinking it constantly. Also look at her attitude when she sober and how she behaved when she was drinking. Rachel drinking and Rachel quitting was the exact same Rachel. It’s kind of obvious she was under the influence of alcohol not everyone can tell but to some like myself it’s pretty obvious when you know what your looking for and she was under the influence of drink.
