Definitely not? She might have germ phobia and have OCD because of it - to avoid the germs at any costs. OCD is often related to fears - people become obsessed with behaviours that they believe can prevent something they don't want to happen. So she might definitely have both.

My bf has OCD.. although he has no issue living in a place where others have lived but he has a plethora of different problems.. I can only cut and file my nails in a bathtub, if I change bedding I can’t put the dirty bedding on the floor while I change it even though the floor is always clean and hoovered, I can’t wash t-shirts together with pants or socks, preferably wash my clothes separately, if I plate his food wrong he refuses to eat.. it’s really tough

Over Compulsive Disorder is a mental condition and it isn't all to do with cleanliness as people think it is. So it is not hipocritical of her to wear a poor form of self protection from covid 19 as her anxiety seems to be associated with housing and the fear of living where others have previously lived. If you observe this clip you see that she touches the rail to walk up the stairs, this is odd because a germaphobe would not do that. What I'm trying to say is that OCD is a complex disorder and outsiders can't give their opinions and criticisms because it is simply unfair.

To explain to the beautiful realtor and everyone else what she meant by living where someone else has is gross. OCD like any mental health issue is very difficult to live with. Think about going to a hotel, that's what it feels like in her mind. When I was my shitty, rebelling teenage self, I would rent a motel room every weekend for my friends and I to party in, this one time as per our usual, we unpacked our many clothing, and put them in the dresser, when we got dressed later that night for our teen dance, we started itching, got a huge rash and couldn't figure out what the hell was going on. It was so bad we couldn't stay at the dance. When we got back to the hotel, I decided to check out the dresser. On top of the dresser was a mirror, some dude, decided it was ok to shave over an open dresser drawer, leaving all his tiny face hair to get into all of out clothing. Going to hairdressing school, it really sucks to have little hairs on you, even worse if it's hard facial hair. GROSS. That was the last time we put our clothing in the dresser. Also, for anyone reading this, do you know, the very top blanket on a hotel/motel room bed, gets washed very rarely, at lower cost ones, probably not at all, and if you ask them, they will lie straight to your face. I worked in a high end hotel, and they never, EVER washed the top blanket, some would call it a comforter. These little places are gorgeous but wowzers, they are expensive, you can buy 6 homes for the price of one of them. Please stay safe, healthy, kind, strong and happy everyone, peace and much love sent from Ontario, Canada.

Is it normal to buy a 3 Mio usd place with a job at a university? Why don't they lower tuition for the students and then pay an average salary?

I’m fairly sure she must come from money. If she’s saying she’s always suffered with this problem does that mean she’s always lived in new builds previously?
