Some people don’t understand Teresa’s personality. She can be extremely rude at times but she also has a nice side. Jackie uses triggers to get under Teresa’s skin and then plays the victim. The issue was that Margaret’s husband was talking about the rumours too but only Teresa was being blamed because she has a bad relationship with Jackie. Jackie engages in conversations about Teresa maybe having an affair and she thinks that’s okay? Teresa is a woman who hits dirty once she’s been pushed too far but at least you know where you stand with her because she’ll tell you to your face what she thinks. Jackie kept saying she doesn’t want trouble but calls her husband crying about Teresa, keeps talking about Teresa, and has a negative energy.

i think teresa and joe had an agreement, he would take all the responsibility publicly even tho she must’ve been aware of everything and an accomplice (she’s stupid but she’s conniving and game recognizes game) by making joe the scapegoat it lessens her sentence, it saves her main income the show and it protects her image as much as possible and allows her to preserve her notoriety and therefore other forms of income and her reputation. That’s probably why joe resented her when he was in ICE because that wasn’t part of what he thought was their original understanding and it wasn’t her fault or up to her and that’s probably why Gia was harder on her than her dad cus she knows her mom got the best of the two of them and he got much worse than what he bargained for even tho they both have their hands dirty. That’s also probably why teresa still gives a pass to joe guidice cus he took the biggest hit for her family, she doesn’t bad mouth him even when he bad mouth her.
