She has anxiety. She gets frequent attacks, which is bound to happen in a confined space and under stressful situations. She needs to leave yachting if she wants to save her mental health. I also suffer from anxiety and I left my corporate job to find something that is more peaceful and gives me less anxiety.

I have only just watched this episode and am quire shocked at what I saw. When Hannah was doing the ordering for charter 3,, she had her ear mic in so could keep an ear on what’s was going on. Captain Sandy after interfering, turns her back to Hannah as Hannah walks through the door saying out loud “unbelievable” smiling and then giving a laugh!!! I think it’s Captain Sandy’s behaviour that’s“unbelievable”. Not fitting those of a Captain and coming across as a “bully.

Casey had excellent attitude and work-ethic and actually picked new things up really quickly... she just lacked experience which people misinterpreted as incompetence. Brooke was also a great stew and worked really well with Casey. Hannah was an ineffective leader and stew.

I feel like most of the people questioning the serving crew have probably never worked in a kitchen/restaurant environment before and don't understand the stress it provides. Usually a low paying job also, and most of the crew don't always get a lot of sleep to rest and spend most of the day on their feet. Not easy to do at all.

@CBA CBA She didn't lie, she exaggerated and no one deemed it to be a sackable offence. And Casey turned out to be an excellent worker and earned the Captain's approval by the end of the season... Hannah was the issue. Casey and Brooke were excellent stews who Hannah should have been happy to have.

Sounds like Hanna is overworked and not all the crew is pulling their weight. Hanna cannot do everyone's job and micromanage at the same time. Why does it seem like that they are always understaffed for the job. Looks like the Captain is trying to get rid of Hanna by pushing her over the edge since no one can keep working 20hr shifts for weeks. Don't be cheap hire enough staff lol. But I would love to know what Captain really got against Hanna, I don't think it has anything to do with work or is all the drama for the cameras? Hmmmm.... Stay tuned!!!! Criticising staff in front of guests? Not very professional. The whole scene makes the Captain look like a grumpy guest with a bad hangover who is just miserable and cannot be pleased no matter what. However if the equipment would be state of the art in the kitchen that would definitely make things a lot faster or having two chefs ...lol.
