I think there's various different levels, while this is certainly great info, especially as someone who's mostly played on auto until recently. I think for some of us just understanding team building and how to use certain characters can be difficult to understand and also research - so while using the F.Adon team manually is starting to come together a bit, when its some of the boss/event/staging modes with multiple teams, its not always easy to figure out how to get the most out of certain units. Its easy to look at suggestions on what units to go after, but then you get them to +5, FS30, double cars and max gear and then have no idea what to do with them xD

Honestly understanding why (and how) to play manual (and do it optimally) is the single most critical aspect of the game (especially now, it was always important but less so for people like me because it was rare I HAD to play manual) but with everyone starting to get around the same range the difference manual makes is simply too large of a gap for people to not pay attention to. So getting this nailed will help virtually every team as simply being able to whip through super attacks faster makes a huge difference. There is nuances within this too like delaying sometimes to make sure a unit isn’t hitting empty space but talking about that now would just complicate things for people finally willing to accept manual pkay

@@Hayzink Previously the only times I ever really turned on manual was for tricky staging levels where delaying the start meant I could get B.Zang to interrupt the enemies combo, meaning I would survive and win - but even then I'd often manual the first combo and then switch it back to auto xD I definitely see the benefits of manual play - especially now that F.Adon provides a competitive F2P team option - where as before I often felt there was no point putting the effort in as my F2P team wasn't going to be able to compare with the Whale teams etc. But doesn't change the fact I have multiple maxed out special summon units that I have no idea how to leverage properly xD

I always manual 2-3 times as perfect a run as I can get. Then just auto after I achieved my score. Gotta set up the right fighting soul and stuff then can just auto once your top 50

Thought was boss my fault crusade tough I don’t think I’ve got more than 87 but can try this way idk. I don’t think I’m strong enough to hold off that long and try to squeeze out all those combos. Probably gonna die faster than if I just manual the normal way. I usually start my fight 11 seconds into the battle as soon as doomsday is ready to use.

I’ve abused doomsday jubilation and Vergil ex move for progression where I don’t think I’m supposed to be. Right now Im making some attempts on 40-20. Just got there yesterday.

Challenge mode you can use the charm ex move to end super before it starts a chain if it’s the first unit like when Honda starts with his super. Good timing and rng but it will get you past the first wave of combos if that’s what’s troubling you.

Can you please tell me how to do the manual combo, I couldn't figure it out. Nothing changes every time I try.

Sometimes I notice the button doesn’t trigger when I click it and I’m like wtf. But other times too combo chain is smoothest when your c3 is not also the same one releasing super. Because they are still doing c3 and you need to wait for them to finish. Helps.

Yeah the “hit boxes” are not lined up properly to match the entire combo button

My issue is my power level is abysmal I feel like I should be in the billion area but I’m just barely scratching at 100-200m and idk how I can increase my power without spending money 🥴
