I got that feeling from her when I tried her in draft. She kills so good but if the opponent gets a good back row attack or 2 AoE she's done. Or if they attack her while she's attacking.

Really depends on your style and starting line up. Generally, Bison is the best mate because he is stuck a tank.

What is the difference between normal damage and "Soul" damage?

I believe it’s damage that ignores buffs and debuffs (not 100% as game doesn’t actually explain this) however it seems like that’s what it is anyway
