I know that characters like Vanny should've been used a lot more and that some people don't like the fact that William Afton comes back in the Afton Ending. But I think the reason why William Afton comes back as BurnTrap is because in FNAF VR Help Wanted, GlitchTrap wants to escape the digital world. Therefore, Vanny also helps him get back to his original body. Hence, when Glamrock Freddy says that he remembers that he was brought down there to clear the path for Vanny. However, the DLC might show more evidence of how The Blob came to be and/or why is Glamrock Bonnie not shown in the main game. Also, what happened to BurnTrap and The Blob after BurnTrap is defeated. We'll just have to wait and see. All in all, still a great game.

I do agree with the Burntrap part. I thought it was obvious with Help Wanted, but I do wish Steel Wool hinted at it more.

10:00 yeah, you can tell that scott and Steel woods took the i always come back line from fnaf 6. EXTREMILY Seriously! And its been stuck with the franchise since then, he came back in every single game Since fnaf 6. Fnaf vr, ar and security breach. And for a character with this big of a legacy. They really should’ve done something Interesting with him. Now we have to Wait for fnaf sb ruin to see what they will do with Burntrap. Only time will tell.

Honestly, I feel like I'm one of the few that did not mind Afton's return. I feel like his return would've been more forgiven if it was hinted at more, especially via Glitchtrap. But I do agree with the rest. I like this game, and I'm looking forward to Ruin and the film!

Vanny is super underused and it makes the marketing of fnaf really terrible.

Glitchtrap has been confirmed to be Afton sometime ago but I feel that the whole Burntrap thing would have been done better if there was proper build up with Vanny still being a major antagonist as I do see potential in that and how Afton was able to manipulate her while brainwashing her. Like what if as Glitchtrap he acted like he cared for her and comforted her when she in distress. But of coarse it would just be him using that as a way to trick her into thinking he cared about her. Do I see that in a romantic way? Most likely not seeing as there is a possibility of Vanny being related to Afton due to her last name starting with A. I still feel like the trailer we got back in I think in late 2020 it did seem like the story was going to be darker at some point but seeing as Scott was still in charge. He either decided to change the story or possibly Sony stepped in and told Scott to lighten it up as Sony is known for pretty much trying to make Indie creators do what they want them to do and they might think that FNaF should be aim for kids when really FNaF already has a T for Teen rating and can get away with so much more with that rating. Though it is hard to say if that is fully true or not. But I feel that it might be the case since Sony has made a rule to other game companies regarding gore and not wanting to allowed dismemberment which is hypocritical seeing as they have games like God of War. GTA and Red Dead Redemption get way with so much violence. But yeah Steel Wool should not have gotten more ambitious with the size of the Pizzaplex seeing as there are many rooms that don't have much purpose to them and the gameplay should have been the number one priority along with the story which again. Scott really should have stayed with the story we saw in the first few teasers and that first trailer as I felt with that story it could have made the game more interesting as it felt like an actual horror game. Sadly Vanny's jumpscare feels very toned down and the sound is nothing like what we heard from the trailer and even the jumpscares from the animatronics were not that great. I am hoping the DLC does make the game better or at least adds some of the stuff that was cut as many stuff was cut out.
