This is like GOD MODE... New Best Ability Cards in Red Dead Online (RDR2) INVINCIBILITY! SUBSCRIBE and DROP A LIKE! So in this Red Dead Redemption 2 Online video we have the absolute best ability cards in RDR2 Online that can basically make you invincible in both PvP and PVE. Be warned, this ability card loadout is super toxic and extremely broken, and I hope Rockstar Games dresses these inherent issues soon in an upcoming patch. Also want to make clear these cards on their own are just a good health build. If you have a working brain who read ability card descriptions you should understand that. But a damage build to counter this doesn’t come close. All a player does is slug a tier 3 tonic (which every pvp player worth their salt will) and they will have these overpowered advantages. This IS more of a tonic problem, I absolutely agree with those in the comments saying that. But I’ve never seen SNS health builds become this OP with tonics ever. Fool me once and iron lung messed with the tonic buff percentages. And I think rockstar should just do away with tonics in pvp completely. Because those mixed with special ability cards make way for exploitative builds like this. Remember division 2 where people can tank 15 magazines of an m16? Oh yea I don’t really either because the game dropped off so hard and everyone stopped playing when the devs didn’t fix the game.

@@highervibrationz5716 I was playing last stand the other day for a daily challenge and after I failed to kill a guy despite shooting him multiple times while he just stood there, I watched another player shoot him with an incendiary round and then 5 times with what looked like a bolt. The guy was on fire, walking around getting shot and still managed to tackle and kill the other player. It was crazy.

Its powerful but like all other things, it requires you to use tonics constantly. I always called for the banning of tonics in PvP modes. Whatever dead eye you have, thats all you are going to get until you respawn. They should also place tonic pickups on all the maps so players can replenish their bars. It gets used immediately and gives your stats no buffs. Problem solved.

I love games with special abilities that allow people to make choices to either deal a little more damage, or have a little more health, or have a little more dead eye or something. But rockstar never balances their games and so we end up with those special abilities, special ammo, special tonics. And there’s too much “special” stuff that derails the whole purpose of ultimate or special abilities. And then like you said, the low levels get punished and they always lose

I understand the removing of Tonics,but why the Satchel? It's usefull to stuck things like Food or Valuables or Collectibles. Yes,they can make it like in GTA,where you can stuck Miniguns and RPGs in a pocket,but it wouldn't be realistic. Seen this cards setup potential when update dropped, then thought about the new free aim mode and how I assumed paint it black is going to dominate it. Everyone I see in free aim has paint it black now, what’s the point? Money glitch is really the only problem, it’s where players lose their games base enjoyment of the grind or a sense of accomplishment. Basically “cheating themselves” while trying to kill their boredom by bullying other players.

The ability loadout itself isn't so bad, its when its supplemented with tons of tonics does it enter OP territory, the same can be said for all the other dead eye abilities. PvP always been that way with people popping tonics when their health and/or Dead eye are low. I prefer we not nerf something when that thing isn't even related to the issue at hand. The correct response would be to forbid the use of tonics during PvP modes and place dead eye pickups around all of the maps that restore it to full with no buff.

I think Rockstar should have 2 different PvP modes people can choose between to fit their playing style. They could have "Original Showdown Series" which would feature PvP play with ability cards, tonics, and auto aim being used. Then add in "Extreme Showdown Series" which would give players the choice to play PvP using free aim only, no dead eye, and all tonics & ability cards being disabled.

Great timing of the video. Up until this week I was still trying to compete in PVP. Wondering for a while if it was just me struggling... This Needs to be fixed immediately. Previously I played some PVP everyday. Not now. I am not going to play until this gets fixed. I refuse to just follow everyone else and use this setup so I can compete. I refuse to just spend all my winnings each match on tonics. I use what I have to nothing more. Only tonics I ever took before were to fill dead eye. I would very seldom take a health tonic. Maybe just to save me when I was on the verge of dying. Even then i would always take the cheapest ones i had. Even the open health cures i found throughout Free Roam. So disappointing when I can't even play PVP because of this. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!!!

I'm a 90% of the time in freeroom .and I'm using that build at 1 week and I love it. I finally can stand up to til 3 greifers at the time. Sorry for the PVP players .but in freeroom it's better than the defensive mode . also pretty useful to do legendary howlhoot family by yourself even 5star bounty

Never had an issue with people using this build there stuck in the mud when they use it. If your a skilled player you’ll identify the user of this build quickly play a distance game outside of lock range making them rush the gap. Then switch to hard hitting close range combat, hatchets, lasso’s explosive shotgun rounds.

Rockstar needs to change tonics in 3 ways 1.) drinking a tonic with dead eye active shouldn't be a thing so deactivate deadeye while drinking 2.) no drinking tonics if you are on fire that is just dumb 3.) put a 30 second cooldown timer on tonics after drinking one. Tonic chugging needs to stop its killing the game

Build is so good I used this against a posse of 3 grifers with 5 of my friends in the heartlands. I used this build to snipe the 3 and provide cover for my friends while they... Cavalry charged on horses toward them with revolvers and machetes it was so funny the grifers got clapped by a sniper and people on horse back charging with machetes and revolvers.

Literally already thought this one out, replace peak conditionnwoth strange medicine and then you heals are covered because this it is a dps focused build so strange medicine will heal you based on you dps ( Plus as dps you'll probably be sprinting alot meaning peak condition wouldent be doing much and could even be working against you unless you were constantly refilling your stamina cores )

All they gotta do is disable tonics and gold reinforcement for pvp, but instead of that you are screaming for nerfs on the cards, when all is needed is disable tonic and food use for pvp and that card setup just becomes meh and pvp becomes skill based instead who can drink or eat more.

Appreciate the vid. While many will take advantage of this, it does come down to the game. Bringing this to the attention of R* is important to all of us who play the game like it was meant to be. Another thing, it'll be interesting to see what they do (if anything) about those who have become crazy rich in game via glitching. Make a PvP barebones mode with no ability cards. Make all PvP inactivate you’re ability cards. Make each ability card a point value, and a “pick 10” system so maybe these cards are each 5 or 6 points each so you can’t possibly stack them in combo. Make a loophole in the card that they will not stack effects to this extent

Don’t like strange medicine , I mean it’s a good card but if you don’t inflict damage your health regenerates half the Normal rate.. winning streak helps because each consecutive shot you shoot gets stronger and stronger

I for one am against them removing or weakening tank builds especially when we put so much time and $ into our cards to get them there , the tank build is handy against griefers especially if you have 2 or more to deal with , I've taken down possies of 5 all running explosives and have made them all rage quit mainly due to being in defensive too you are literally a god with tank+defensive. If anything they should just not allow these cards for use in showdowns not remove them just cos low levels can't kill anyone and complain about it when it's mainly the low levels I've noticed are the hostile players , I like the satisfaction of them squirming being able to do nothing about it but leave the game, and this is my play style cos I'm not the asshole that runs around shooting at people for no reason so these builds are for people like me , yes some griefers use these builds too but that's why I carry dynamite arrows and 16 sticks of dynamite at all times , you can't run in slow and steady and when they turn it off to run from dynamite I get em with my explosive rounds

Tonics should be overtime regen and they need to implement bleed that is DoT and can be stopped by an animated bandage system. Tonics taken while bleeding without bandage will just slow or halt the damage over time for a 15 seconds or something.

Personally I don't have a problem with this build, I use it myself in conjunction with explosive rounds as an anti griefing tool. For those like myself who are more into pve rather then pvp, this is actually a very useful tool to have. There's nothing worse when you're just minding you're own business and doing your own thing cruising a lobby solo, when all of a sudden griefers come along to mess up your day and it becomes a case of 4v1. I mean sure, yeah there's a defensive mode you can always use, but it doesn't necessarily stop them from still being able to still kill you while free aiming you. Tonics and gold core provisions have always been a part of the game. Infact, alot of pvp tips and tricks videos will also endorse this by stating where to find the indian tobacco to craft snake oil as apposed to buying them or in some cases, to use the gifted money from R* just to flat out buy them instead if you don't want to spend the time to craft them. Yeah glitched money has made it alot easier being able to afford buying the tonics and stocking up on items to craft them, even being able to afford to flatout upgrade the ability cards straight off the bat. But the money glitches have always been around since beta days when the economy wasn't all that great and has actually kept alot of players still interested in the game during the most driest of times instead of becoming a major bore. If the pvp community is up in arms about this because it now makes pvp less competitive, instead of R* nerfing these items, what they may need to do is take away the advantage of being able to use tonics while in pvp making it that more competitive.

I run this build, in close combat it can’t be beat, but I will say people using sniper rifles give me the most trouble. I never really ran into a lot of people going into pvp with sniper rifles until recently. It may be the only counter for it in pvp atm.
