It really isn't that complicated. Carmine killed an angel to save her daughters and she doesn't want it known because Hell may rise up demanding to wage war in the knowledge that the angels could be killed - Carmine doesn't want that because the people close to her (her daughters and even Zestial) could die in the conflict. Also Carmine is a lot smarter than the Vees - she knows any war against Heaven is unlikely to turn out well for Hell as things currently stand.

I think that Carmine is overall more intelligent and much wiser than the Vee's, but Velvette is a lot more clever, seeing with the way she set Carmine up into a lose-lose situation, where directly or indirectly, everything she does winds up as an admission of guilt one way or the other, but Carmine is the one who knows what war with the angels would truly bring on to Hell.

I think Carmilla is smart,but Velvette and Vox are also smart. Their powers connected to TV and social media if war would start they would probably be extremely powerful(Carmilla also,she is the main supplier of weapons)

We didn't see Velvette's power, but Vox is more mind controlling the masses from the looks of it, and Valentino mentioned having 'every low level thug' under his grasp. Most likely everyone who does ANY Business with Valentino have sold their soul to him in contract form, like Angel Dust has. So I don't view them really as 'Powerful' in the sense of like, DBZ power scaling terms of 'Power'. But more in, they can raise an army of damned sinners to fight for them and sabotage for them. They are weak, but cunning. At least Val and Vox are... This episode just proves how insanely stupid Velvette. If she was ACTUALLY Intelligent, she never would have revealed the Angel's head openly. That she threw it out, and bragged about how she and the Vs have a 'Battle Plan', without even knowing HOW it was killed, just shows how short sighted, stupid, and ignorant she is. Honestly, I would have stripped her and the Vs of their titles as Overlords, destroyed their power bases and followers, and then offer them to the Angels, saying "They killed the Angel", using a video of Velvette having and throwing the head and wanting to war as proof. And have the Angels slay them as a warning to all over Sinners to not right up against the Angels.

8 episodes, 2 episodes Friday and an additional 2 next Friday. 4:02 The 2 flying goat demons are called Razzle and Dazzle and they're Charlie's bodyguards made by Lucifer from plush toys, after seeing them on the official cards I am very interested to see more of them. 7:40 I still don't know what the eggs are but I think they're likely something Sir Pentious built as they're not Sinners or hellborn. 17:52 We have seen everyone in the Overlord meeting in the pilot too. Carmilla, Zestial, and Missy Zilla (the dino kaiju woman) were with Lucifer during the cleanse (I don't know if they're lieutenant's, bodyguards, or friends in some way), later Zilla was leaving a bar before Charlie's song and Zestial made a short appearance during the song. The 2 daughters were seen collecting angelic spears for their mom in front of Rosie's building (the woman sitting next to Alastor, also his friend). The man with the flaming head skull, I don't know hid name of but he was standing next to Alastor watching Charlie on the TV. 18:41 Alastor wants to be important to some degree and doesn't like her response as a dismissal even if they're equals, beyond Rosie and maybe Zestial they aren't friends and he likely doesn't care for the others much but deals anyway. 33:18 Carmilla hiding the truth is likely to prevent the war which could result in the deaths of those she cares for (her daughter's and Zestial) even if they could win which is not guaranteed. 34:33 It seems the angels only carry angelic spears but Camilla Carmine melts these down to make weapons like guns, bullets, and knives, Striker's rifle was called a _"Carmine_ blessed tipped rifle". 38:30 There's definitely a lot of potential for why Vaggie is singing here and her connection to Carmella but it's all theories currently. 38:44 The spears are from the angels themselves. 43:39 Yeah they say a lot of random stuff so him not believing makes sense however if he hears something about a dead angel he might remember this conversation.

I feel like Serpentious for now doesn't believe what one of eggs said about angel being killed by an Overlord but it might come back if Charlie and let's say Lucifer might notice that Overlords started acting in sus way. At some point Serpentious will realize egg said the truth and will tell Charlie. With that Charlie will probably start to connect more to Overlords to either stop them or to help organize a plan with higher success rate. Well in trailer we actually hear demons singing to it ,,Time to go to war" while Charlie sings ,,Time to lend a hand against the angels and their deathly threat". Well final conclusion to whole thing could be making hell better home than trying to get into heaven because it's almost as fucked up as hell (or at least leaders of heaven are the problem while most of residents of heaven kinda don't know how horrible extermination trully is) It's possible that leaders lie about numbers of killed demons and what type of demons they actually kill because they mostly kill homeless demons or helpless ones that lost everything and have no way to hide from angels. Meanwhile angels probably lie that they kill like only murderers, Overlords and demons who are trully evil, not mostly neutral, suffering, misfortunate demons.

I think Alastor was really funny in this episode from seeing the angel head and saying it looks tasty then while Zestial was speaking Alastor just pokes the angel head a bit before tasting his finger as if he was thinking on stealing the angel head to eat later. But the best part is just after the song Velvet and Carmine sung there was a short pause before Alastor spoke like he was waiting to see if the song was over before he starts talking.

While Vaggie may well have gotten her spear from Carmine, personally, I think their physical similarities are just coincidence. There are a few background sinners with vague similarities to each other. Alternatively, it might just be an ethnicity thing. Both Vaggie & Carmilla are hinted to be/speak Spanish.

When Alastor was alive he would hunt deers for food but before then he would kill humans the first person he killed was his father but when he was hunting deers a hunter thought he was a deer and shot him and found out that it was Alastor and buried his body and the people in hell look like the things that they didn't like when they where alive and based on the their actions

Vaggie used to be an Angel and her Mother is one of the Seraphs, probably higher then an Archangel, which could mean..highest in command besides God himself..Years ago she might said "This Extermination is wrong" and got banished/left like you said..
