Ok... Sans is strong because of Karmic Retribution. This means that he wouldn't even be able to hurt Undyne, since she has so much HP. Undyne is literally his worst matchup, because she's thoroughly trained, determined to a fault, and uses Green Mode. Sans also has 1HP, so even sparring with her is a death sentence. Even if you divide all stats by ten for the genocide route, that's still 10/10 vs 30/30. He cannot canonically remember RESETs, SAVEs or LOADs.
