Solo Backpacking Along the South Downs Way - 100 Miles in 4 Days (Part 1)

The South Downs Way is a long distance footpath and bridleway running along the South Downs in southern England. The trail runs for 100 miles (160 km) from Winchester in Hampshire to Eastbourne in East Sussex, with about 4,150 meters of ascent and descent. Join me as I witness some beautiful skies, meet some inspirational people and try to navigate yet another heatwave.
