There was such an openess and and honesty in how you spoke which truly resonated with me. As someone with a history of depression I can relate to the fact that there are times when life can seem like a lost cause and just being able to have a conversation can literally be a lifeline to many of us . You are a brave man taking on that walk in those conditions and to keep rolling on when you must have felt absolutely spent . Once again you absolutely smashed it out of the park and managed to keep your unique sense of humour intact. What you do is truly inspirational and it is much appreciated .
