I like Haze, but if people didn't know about mental issues for men, they are living under a rock. Every set of people in life have mental health issues. There are already PSA's out there on the fact. I hate to seem mean, but this was a way for Haze to get his name and his channel out there. It's called virtue signaling. Like I said, I like Haze, but he had campers, the majority of which know nothing of psychology, with a few exceptions, talking about something they are not qualified to discuss. I know you'll bash, so have at it.
@robertinebuckley4245
@robertinebuckley4245 6 жыл бұрын
@@southernwanderer7912 I'm not going to bash, not my style... I'm sorry that that's how your feeling. Many people go through things in silence pretending all is fine and well because they are to "strong" to ask for help. Men and women alike. Many people fear reaching out to professionals who "know what their talking about", for many different reasons. Just as many fear talking to their friends and family. Scared of judgment, fear of their reactions or the thought of showing weakness. This challenge was a wonderful reminder to those of us who are not struggling, to be a shoulder and an ear for our fellow humans. (No matter what our professional education may be) To know that we don't have to walk into a clinic to get help, we can support each other through understanding and knowing that we are not alone and there is no need to pretend. Talking to someone can make a world of difference to someone going through something they think they have no way out of.

@@southernwanderer7912 there might be some PSA out there now, but for so long there was nothing. I think it is becoming a more powerful topic these days and the more people like Haze talk about it the more powerful it will become. The more it will become the norm. The more we can help one another with positive, uplifting feed back. Think the best of one another and empathize, because we all go through things and that's how we will help others.

Thank you H'y for really cheering me up..... I lost my old man last week - he was 93 so good innings and all that - but still shit and was feeling really low. Butt to see you out in the fells, particularly around Haweswater, one of my bestest places on planet Earth, has really lifted my spirits. So a 👍guv......

Love that you are bringing attention to male mental awareness and showing its okay to talk about it, but at the same supporting masculinity! The media is really bashing the principles of being a man nowadays, but you are showing we can still be men and still be in touch with our emotional side.

What a beautiful sight that was. The scenery in this video is breathtaking. I’m still astounded daily by the beauty in our world, and how very blessed we are to spend our short lives in it. Thank you for this, I’m watching 2 years later & it’s as great a video as always. You always capture the essence of nature & plenty of skyscapes, which is my personal love. I hope you stopped & picked up a coffee en route home, I can’t think straight until I’ve had my coffee in the morning. Black, strong, no sugar & decaf (unless I’m shattered, or had a vino, but make it a Rioja, and that’s perfection for me) Much love to you Haze 💕

I've recently fractured my scapula, screwed around the muscles around it and badly bruised my legs in a mountain biking accident, so I can't go out and film videos for my channel or even go out on a simple day hike and make a fire so it's been really shit but I'm managing to get the same kind of thrill out of watching you and other KZbinrs like TA Outdoors. Thanks for entertaining me while I'm recovering.

Another class experience you've shared with us Haze . Never did anyone any harm skipping a meal . In ye oldie days we couldn't always find a rabbit or duck to knock on the head every day. Just been to a stroll & the wind is blowing the woodpecker was on sentuary duty & just a light shower to see me home . Remember yesterday is history tomorrow is a mistery but today is a gift. Till next time Haze me boy stay staunch.
