Main overseas pakistani hon . Apna mulk zulam, ziati na insafi , logon kinharam karion ki waja sy hi chora. Rah chalti , bus main riksha main safar krti ,market main gali muhalay main chalti aurat ya larki par begairat mard jumlay kasatay hein kisi aurat ki izat mehfoz nai hei wanahn. Bachy mehfooz nai hein even school aur madrasy main b bachy mehfooz nai . Humara mulk sirf naam ka musalman hei . Joht , chori, dohkay bazi sab bara howa hei. Kon sa deen sikhaya ya parhaya jatabhei is mulk kay education main. Main kafir mulk hon but azadi sy bol sakti hon aur apny deen ko b practice kr sakti hon Alhamdullilah.

@@SeeratVideo still u need to watch his video to get the answer of issue if a scholar like urs cannot answer for an issue... It doesn't matter who is telling you the right thing... Hazrat Umar razi Allah anhu many times mentioned that an ordinary man or woman taught him deen. Dr zakir naik also don't say he is a scholar. Rather he says he is a student of knowledge. If a student is giving the right solution rather than a "scholar" then it's better to go for student ...

We do not argue on our channel. Mufti sb has spoken multiple times on the Gumrahi caused by interpretation of Deen by common people and non qualified people. This started with Khawarij and has continued in every century. You quoting Hazrat Umar razi Allah o Anhu out of context is a perfect example. There are others who posted opinions of other qualified scholars though the question to them is also clear, they need to bring Fatwa from them that 100+ million Muslims living in the west are living a life of sin and 300+ million Muslims who chose to remain in India are also living a life of sin. Dr Naik and other such non qualified people do not even carry any weight in the world of ILM e Deen

صحابہ کرام کے ادوار میں بھی ایسے واقعات ہوے ہیں کہ لوگوں کو دارالکفر میں رہنے سے منع کیا گیا ہے۔ مفتی تقی عثمانی صاحب حفظہ اللہ تعالی دامت برکاتہم نے بھی جان بوجھ کر اور بغیر کسی وجہ سے دارالکفر میں رہنے سے منع کرنے کا کہا ہے۔ ایک تفصیلی تحریر ہے۔ باقی مفتی سعید صاحب حفظہ اللہ تعالی نہ جانے کیوں لوگوں کو مغربی ممالک میں رہنے کی ترغیب دیتے رہتے ہیں۔

Assalam O Alaikum Aap ki tammam bataen sahi haen par aap uss oath kay baray maen wazahat karna bhool gaey jo nationality ki confirmation kay time par laena parta hai. Doosri baat: 1) Habsha ki hijrat Allah SWT kay hukum par Nabi SAW nay karwai. 2) Jo Sahaba Aakhir tak Habsha maen rahay tou us waqt Najashi musalman ho gaya tha or Habsha aik Islami ryasat ban gaya tha. Barah e meherbani wazahat farma daen.

حبشہ کی ہجرت کے بعد بھی مسلمان ہجرت کرتے رہے، یہ تاریخ میں آپ کو ہر جگہ مل جائے گا۔ اس کی سب سے بڑی مثال موجودہ ہندوستان ہے جہاں کے اکثر علماء ہاکستان نہیں آئے۔ سو امت کے عمل کو بھی دیکھنا ہوتا ہے جو اسی کلپ میں مفتی صاحب نے وضاحت سے بتایا ہے۔ Oath کا کیا سوال ہے؟ کیا اس میں کوئی ایسی شق ہے جو دین کے اصولوں سے ٹکراتی ہے؟ جہاں عقیدہ کا سودا کرنا ہوتا ہے؟

The migration / delegations in the time of prophet Mohammed SAW was done / sent only on prophet’s orders. As for the migration to Hind is concerned they, initially they were not permanent migration either it was a trade caravans or the conquest missions. As for the oath, take oath to be loyalty to the queen, accept her sovereignty and fight for the cause of queen and the country no matter whom so ever it may be. I may have used very light words in here but you can always find the oath document on the which is equivalent to shirk / kufr.

The following is US oath: "I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God." The principles embodied in the Oath are codified in Section 337(a) in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which provides that all applicants shall take an oath that incorporates the substance of the following: Support the Constitution; Renounce and abjure absolutely and entirely all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which the applicant was before a subject or citizen; Support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; Bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and A. Bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; or B. Perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; or C. Perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law.

Can you please bring Fatwa of a genuine scholar who has declared that the 100+ million Muslims living in the non Muslim lands are sinful and whomsoever takes the oath in those countries commit Shirk/Kufr.
