I’m part owner of a moving company and had to learn most everything just by experience and figuring things out. I definitely believe most businesses, or small businesses at least, are all pretty lost and just learning as they go! There are always peaks and valleys whether you like it or not. My piece of feedback that I just noticed in this particular episode is the amount of times all 3 of you talked over each other and it was hard to follow along at times because you were interrupting each other or the active listening with “yeah, mmhm” makes it hard to follow and frustrating.
