Haye was clearly intimidated in this interveiw. As Tyson said, intimidation was one of his his main game plans and that if you can intimidate an opponent before the fight he's lost before he even steps into the ring. Klitchko did a sterling job of adopting Tysons methods during this interveiw and it obviously worked when it came to the fight.

The average heavyweight is actually about his size. It's just that the most famous heavyweights in the world right now - Anthony Joshua, the Klitschkos, Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder - are much taller. The average heavyweight is actually still only around 6'2"-6'3". Not to mention, he beat Valuev who is the tallest and heaviest boxing champion ever (7'0", 330lbs), and the other guy who beat Valuev, Ruslan Chagaev, was only 6'1". Height isn't everything in boxing. Look at Mike Tyson.
