Press and hold the Bluetooth and Play button simultaneously for more than 10 seconds. That work for me to get out the store mode.

After resetting mine it wont turn on?? The light goes on for a sec and then turns off again... When i plug it in i get the boot sound and it starts... But not properly... I cant connect, go into pairing mode or power it off. If i unplug it it turns back off

@@danielhiguera711 i figured it out... It switched to demo mode... It happens when you press the wrong two buttons😅 just press - and partyboost buttons for 5 sek. While its plugged in and booted

You can try but it may not...that sound more like a battery issue.

For a reset, hold the last 2 buttons.
