I usually clean the diff completely with QD electric cleaner to make sure the screw slots are clean and lube free. Once you put everything back together, put some fluid in the middle, slightly rotate the gears to let it work itself in and add a tiny bit more. Try not to rub it around like you did, it will push it into the screw slots again and when you put all together, the vibration is gonna loosen them. 😅 Enclosed diff I put a tiny bit of grease on them, if it’s exposed / Spurs, etc… I don’t lube those, that just attracts dirt and damages them. Bearing wise, I use 100% synthetic oil. But everyone has their own way of doing things you know? Anywho, looking forward to more of your videos! Keep it up! 😎

@@UrbanLegendRC nice! You get it from HBX for you channel? A good 3s really makes it a blast! Not many options fit without modding the battery box but the Urgenex 2,200 does (pretty low performance but it will reach 40 plus with that LIPO). Are you in with Urgenex?

At high enough speeds those diff cases will separate if those screws ain't nice and tight, I usually just pack them with grease if they don't have a gasket, but you can buy gaskets on the aftermarket if you like using oil in the diffs for tuning and what not. Goodluck with her! 👍🏻

Mine hasn't leaked but I always put some synthetic grease on my gears. Landed about 2 hrs ago, just got home about 7!
