Hello sir, one of my friend she is from a village in Bihar currently pursuing BTech from HIT, kolkata, she has 7.5 cgpa in college and 70+% in 12th but her 10th percentage is 59.2% as a result she is unable to apply in many companies on campus, is she eligible to join HCL?

As a fresher No. HCL need more than 60% marks for freshers. But if any candidate have experience then they can apply and join even the % is less than 60. So your ans is For fresher- No and for Experience person - Yes

I cleared all round of interview and HR asked me to share the all documents over email and i shared with them and they said that they will release the offer soon. I am waiting from 15 days as there are no update about further process and they told me that this has been stuck in approvals and your joining will be done till month end. What should i do pls advise. BGV is still not completed
