Hi a few nitpicks I would like to offer: It's not the case that few vehicles can reach 4.7k in IC; a lot of them can reach it. It's just so hard for most of them that it's not done yet a lot of the time. MC's glacier wr was indeed only possible because of the absence of wind, but in Raging Winter the wind is needed for the record, as you can see in the clip of the record you included. The different is that the wind aids in climbing in RW, while in glacier it only works against you.
