To this day, when she talks to the crowd and all, with the absolutely gorgeous cellos playing in the background, I can't help but uncontrollably tear up. Her excitement and joy, and her genuine happiness at the crowd responding back to her is so damn touching. Probably one of the greatest live performances I've ever heard.

The most wonderful thing about Florence is how natural she is. She's a class act, obviously a very cultured and learned woman, and her fashion sense is both creative yet also honest. It doesn't feel fabricated. She's full of such palpable energy and passion, it's really quite startling. The thing I love most about her + the Machine is their combination of genres, the marriage of folksy, traditionally-sounding English music with Florence's powerful, soulful voice.

'Cause here they come And I never wanted anything from you Except everything you had and what was left after that too, oh Happiness hit her like a bullet in the head Struck from a great height by someone who should know better than that
