I was the bus driver in this video. (A much younger and skinnier me in the still image taken at Tooting Station at the beginning of the video) I vaguely remember when this was filmed, I think it was two teenage lads (though I could be wrong and may have just been one) kind of stood out to the usual crowd who would normally be travelling at that time of the morning. Haven’t driven a bus in over 8 years now, couldn’t hack the shift times….always so tired no matter the time of day.

wclifton968 No, the 280 runs from Tooting to Belmont, the 44 runs from Tooting to Victoria, not touching Aldwych whatsoever. The N44 runs from Sutton Station to Belmont. But still, I guess they are identical to mixing 44 & 280

like @thefirst bus said, this was filmed on an early sunday morning. infact, at the start of the video, the sun was still on the late stages of rising, and as this was filmed in july, the sun must have been rising about 5-5:30 am, making the roads that more empty.
