Any chance of doing a remastered versions of these, i know they were shot in the early 2000's with what was available at the time i really do appreciated the hard work that went into making these etc, but a slighty better quality would be much appreciated.

Interesting... there is absolutely NO traffic, NO bikes, NO pedestrians, NOTHING that would normally happen in a small city! let alone supposedly a big one like Stockholm... where over 4 million people live. Was this vid taken on a holiday or something? Hard to believe the city is soo dead when this is happening. I couldnt pull this off in my city with 150K people at 3 am!

Yeah...Stockholm has like 1 million people living in it, and that's the county...not the actual city. The city is mostly offices and totally dies at night...plus this video was shot when Sweden was inhabited by people who actually worked, and not just loitered around the city and/or suburbs.

The thing is that someone who do this, want to make it shure 100% that he can get away - if you try to evade the police and then fail, you would be so fucked and over a year without a driving license. It would be really impressive if he did outrun them by just his driving skills. In most cases he could probably do that - but there may be a few cops who are good drivers, wich means that if he is unlucky, he would have a really bad day (you can't just trust your luck in this case). Also if he encounter some traffic (even if it's done at night, the roads are not completely empty) - it doesn't take much to slow him down enough for the cops to keep up, if his car is not faster than theirs. If the getaway takes too long time, they will also call in other units to put up road blocks and maybe even a helicopter (they usually don't do that just to chase speeders - but if they get into a long lasting chase, they might do). This is not a fair competition, but more about balls and about getting revenge on the cops, who fuck with us drivers all the time for going faster than the ridiculous speed limits...
