What sets Mariah apart and still does is the amazing beauty and youthfulness of her tone. She doesn't sound like she's almost 50! She still sounds like a young girl (in a good way). Her technique and vocal health might vary from time to time but HER TONE remains amazing regardless. And that's something technique and singing lessons CAN'T give YOU at all. You are born with it and Mariah sure is a one of a kind in that department.
