Tbh, if I were a news manager at any news station and my news reporters were constantly laughing like this and losing focus like this so much, I'd fire them. While I understand things like these bloopers can and do happen, as a news manager I would expect more professionalism from my news reporters.

Why, they're not robot's.. When news anchor's in Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio start laughing viewer's like myself laugh with them we don't call the station and complain.. Then again some miserable people who are too uptight and don't have a sense of humor do call unfortunately..
