wonderful video..of the replacing the spring with the shock sitting on the bench.. love to see the video of the removal of the shock/spring from a Defender and reinstallation also... using the tool. That's the fun part.

Thank you very much. We actually intentinally left out the shock removal and re-installation from the machine because that is the easiest part of the task. The shocks can easily be removed with simple hand tools and you dont actually use our spring compression tool to remove the shock. After securing the defender on jack stands and removing the tire there is only 1 bolt at the top and 1 bolt at the bottom of the shock and you can remove it and do this process on the bench as we show in the video. Hopefully this info is helpful.
