Lol at anyone who says TASers can't play the real game. Have you ever seen someone make a TAS? You have to know a hell of a lot about a game in order to TAS it. Usually, the better you are at the game, the better your TAS will be, since you would actually know how it works. There are such things as terrible TASes, actually. So, TASing isn't cheating, it's entertainment. If you disagree, don't watch them. Plus everything done here is possible real time, but insanely hard for even the best of them

i believe both, but i think TAS shouldn't even have a "speed run" group. Mostly because it isn't even played on the actual system the game came on. when your stealing a game and emulating on something it wasn't intended to be played on the run should be invalid and you should be fined the amount of the actual game at today's inflated prices.

Since this is from 2011 I assume this was before things like Yoshi Wings and Yoshi Clips because there's no way in hell a TAS would play VD1 that slow having VD1 Wings. Also by not doing VD1 Wings the TAS didn't do VD2 Yoshi Clip for the secret exit and there were no Yoshi Clips on FoI2.
