HD to RTSP, rtmp, http encoder and decoder

I want to be able to change the URL in the decoder using some sort of network request (rest?). Does the decoder service have an API that I can call over the network? I support I can just do a http POST using all the variables from the admin html form. Would be better if there was an API with secure authorisation.

Hi Peter, thank you. The latency is more based on the encoding resolutions, generally it's about 1~3s, thank you.

Hello! Can`t get rtmp flow from my h264 encoder on youtube. I did it before with my iphone and application for broadcast, and I can`t to do it with encoder such like yours. Do You know why it possible? In encoder settings I wrote "rtmp://a.rtmp.kzbin.infouz72-09at-ywh8-vyj3-4br2" (my key)... what is may be wrong?
