Brother in the uk we have had video calling from the native calling app for years. The only thing is that you and the other person that you are calling must have at least a 3g signal connection.

The only issue I have with this feature is that you can't use ringbacks or Caller ID with it.

+Julius Williams well most likely dont be doing video calling often... since you need to be looking at cameras... most likely you would do this when you are home relaxed with good solid signal to chat with family etc..

great question... i have not tried ever using this to call a person with the app but on different carrier.... i would assume it works.. you call the person and the person should see the video incoming call and as long as they have video calling on their phone.. they should be able to click on the camera icon and answer the video call

What provider do you have? I know Verizon was the only one offering this.. I heard some people with t mobile that has it now... but is not installed by default.. you need to download it and install it.. with Verizon is free
