Mine is 47sqm and the layout and design varies from flexi flat build by HDB depending on location and the year the flat was built. Just happened I was lucky to get this layout through the sale of balance flat and future design n layout will always be different as provided by HDB. That's why the difference of flexi flat and any other bigger flats.

Hi....nope HDB does not provide the said cabinets but I believe they can provide under the options if the scheme is still available ( pls check with HDB pertaining the optional components for elderly ) and for my case I renovated to my own taste and requirements and hopes the simple explanation helps.

Hi may I know how long do u have to wait for these type of 2 room Flexi flat to be ready? And does the same apply to the short lease Flexi flat? I live in Los Angeles but my mum who’s a Singaporean citizen is looking to get one of these flats but the short lease ones as she intends on primarily spending most of her time in Singapore and just needs a place to live in whenever she’s in Singapore as she’ll be shuffling between staying in America & Singapore in the future, the only concern is that the waiting time might be too long and we don’t really want to wait that long for these type of flat.

Hi...for short least flat if u need it urgently then roughly about ten months from the day of application as for my case. You may get your flat earlier but purchased through sale of balance flat that are keys ready ( flats that was already build but no takers or flat that was returned to HDB due to owners problem) and not build to order ( BTO ) scheme.
