Great podcast! We need more transparency, ethics, and oversight in development and use of weaponized neuroscience. The lawmakers have not been updated on the quantum leap in the neurosciences. Neuroscience will be greatly beneficial for humankind, but abuse could be a disaster. It is alleged weaponized neuroscience has been used against US Embassies and diplomats. We know neuroscience research is booming world-wide. Who has the best technology? China allegedly spends the most on AI interfaces. All the secrecy is dangerous. Surely, humans have been used in developing neuroscience, building meta databases and AI programs. Some say not-consenting individuals has been used in developing and testing of neuroscience. There is a lot of questions we need answered. We see how weaponized biological science could have been behind the Covid-19 pandemic. Both weaponized neuroscience and biological science can have a devastating effect on humans and destroying economies. Do we have any control these weapons do not get into the hands of hostile nations or non-state actors? It seems we have NO control or oversight. Not so easy to regulate and control weapons when lawmakers seem to be clueless these weapons exist. Use of these weapons has been banned multiple times, but still research going on world-wide, and some research labs is not even secret.

Amazes me the attempts to deny entities as with narcotics designer drugs when the effects and parent molecules are clearly in the categories of "Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs" where even alcohol can be perceived when other criminal acts are illegally performed when using as a vector to attain the intent of the acts. Same goes with the wireless weapons systems or other unconvential or conventional warfare methods. Scary how there isn't enough comprehension in regards to radiation and radiological where "nuclear" radiation is what is thought and in fact other forms of radiated wave propagation exist like electric, magnetic, pressure, etc. waves, fields and charges that can cause malicious effects. Michigan has done the best to detail in the Michigan Compiled Laws where most recently I found a new Michigan Compiled Law that I've never read before; MCL 750.43a (this definition needs to be included with MCL750.224a, 750.543p and 750.200h): THE MICHIGAN PENAL CODE (EXCERPT) Act 328 of 1931 750.43a Directed energy emitted from directed energy device; aiming at aircraft or path of aircraft or moving train prohibited; violation as felony; penalty; exceptions; "directed energy device" defined. Sec. 43a. (1) A person shall not intentionally aim a beam of directed energy emitted from a directed energy device at an aircraft or into the path of an aircraft or a moving train. (2) A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 years or a fine of not more than $10,000.00, or both. (3) This section does not apply to any of the following: (a) An authorized individual in the conduct of research and development or flight test operations conducted by an aircraft manufacturer, the Federal Aviation Administration, or any other person authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration to conduct research and development or flight test operations. (b) Members of the United States Department of Defense or the United States Department of Homeland Security acting in an official capacity for the purpose of research, development, operations, testing, or training. (c) A person using a laser emergency signaling device to send an emergency distress signal. (4) As used in this section, "directed energy device" means any device that emits highly focused energy and is capable of transferring that energy to a target to damage or interfere with its operation. The energy from a directed energy device includes, but is not limited to, the following forms of energy: (a) Electromagnetic radiation, including radio frequency, microwave, lasers, and masers. (b) Particles with mass, in particle-beam weapons and devices. (c) Sound, in sonic weapons and devices. History: Add. 2017, Act 29, Eff. Aug. 7, 2017 Furthermore, this technology has been around for longer than most realize... including the application in the U.S. with what appears to be the U.S. Army. Here's a copy and paste regarding the "From PSYOP to MindWar" reference I made on a recent post: I was recently reminded how the "argument" is perpetuated like noted in Michael Aquino's "From PSYOP to Mindwar" ( www.wanttoknow.info/mk/mindwar-michael-aquino.pdf )basically as noted on pg. 3 in the first paragraph, "Essentially you overwhelm your enemy with argument." Considering the non-lethal aspect is a complete fabricated false pretense claim since murdering is the objective outside the rule of law being this isn't clearly disclosed main stream. This tactic is a communist tactic also. The technological methods are also derived from USSR and other tech dating back prior to the 1950's with the Moscow Signal and other Theremin inventions most likely. Page 9's last paragraph to page 10 notes very clearly the use of alternate technologies that are wireless. "There are some purely natural condition under which minds may become more or less receptive to ideas, and MindWar should take full advantage of such phenomena as atmospheric electromagnetic activity, air ionization, and extremely low frequency waves." See the related footnotes also and consider the classified nature of the tech at that time even though remote control of monkeys without implants had been demonstrated by that time in the U.S. Delgado's work also using really close proximity antennas and monkeys at the time shown in the link below that I wonder are more an inductance vs a capacitance design... though not for certain. So might be ELF, though thinking can be calculated based on the size and design from the images if not intentionally misleading for counterintelligence purposes. I also wonder if he'd got past the lack of wanting to disclose he was using radio-isotopic agents (per his NYTimes interview) to better contrast EEG's also for wireless systems: kzbin.info/www/bejne/boqcp5-Yga9-pbM 1970 NYTimes interview excerpt ( www.nytimes.com/1970/11/15/archives/brain-researcher-jose-delgado-asks-what-kind-of-humans-would-we.html ): " While he is gone, I ask the assistant what the new experiment will be. He explains, haltingly, that they are going to infuse a radioactive sub stance through the monkey's brain very slowly-“Stop, don't say anything!” cries Delgado, rushing back into the laboratory. “You mustn't tell her, she's dangerous. She's journalist!” " Keep in mind the wireless remote control of living mammals, and maybe more, was going on in the 1970's and most likely prior very clearly.
