The only problem is all that together is like $300-400 and not a lot of people can buy that 1x a month cuz it’s 20-30 servings you use EAA or BCAA daily then you need to buy once a month if its 20 servings and you workout 20x a month that’s still once a month to buy. Wish supplements company had less products cuz we have to buy 6-8 different tubs that adds up quick just to get a good pump.

Yeah but no one ever said you needed to keep your arms fixed when performing bicep curls, the full range of motion when the bicep muscle is contracting does involve movement on the arm, your not gaining any mechanical advantage by lifting 20 lb dumbells keeping your arm completely straight, there needs to be some rotation/movement on the bicep, the muscle is not static and that's one of the reasons you do that with such low weight, you couldn't replicate that same rigid motion using a heavier weight because your body wants to pull back and use the rotation of the arm, also bicep preacher curls are one of the most injury prone excercises for the bicep, and that's because often times people don't properly understand the resistance curve of the excercise and where the muscle is being loaded, the preacher curl requires the bicep to go flat at the bottom which can lead to hyper extending the muscle while it's loaded heavy at the bottom, this is exactly why Antonne and others have torn their bicep tendon, it's where you see people pop and the bicep tendon snaps and curls up the arm.
