Chris one of the most important things to bond is human touch it’s where all the magic happens…..when I watched my son being born I couldn’t feel anything & I couldn’t understand what was wrong with me and as the nurse put him in the incubator I walked over to see him and check it he was okay and he reached up and grabbed my finger and every feeling I’ve ever had ran through me almost like someone showing you your entire life in just one moment….as humans we need human touch and that’s our way of understanding things..congratulations brother you’re going to be a wonderful father and a even better friend

This is pretty inspirational, never watched Chris workout before but he seems like a pretty normal down to earth guy. Knowing that I can do so many pullups compared to such a huge guy makes me feel pretty good too.. although he's like 100lbs more than me so they are probably way hard for somebody that size. i havent watched cbum in a while and i happen to watch a video where he talks about being a father and having an at home birth, I had my 1st child April 21st 2024 also and an at home birth, No drugs. Ironically his name is Regan 9 pounds, 6 oz lol Congrats on being a father. after watching my wife go through it, I agree it is indeed an amazing experience.
