HDU 27/54 Mobile Filter Cart

is it okay to use both hydraulic oil and gear oil by one HDU 27/54 mobile filter cart? it means that, some hydraulic oil and gear oil is mixed in filter cart, is it fine?

This is generally not recommended. One exception is if both oils are the same type/series of oil but just a different grade and that some viscosity dilution is acceptable in both applications. Please check with your oil supplier first before attempting this! Otherwise you should have one cart for each oil type. Also note that if the viscosity differs greatly (for example a VG 46 hydraulic oil and a VG 320 gear oil) these two applications may require different pump flow rates and/or additional features to suit. @@klassenadvancedfiltration Thank you. and I have a question for using off line filter not no board type, usually, how much interval time recommendation for filtering hydraulic oil and gear oil?

@@팀브레이커 If you are using as a filter cart, we suggest to aim for 15-20 cycles of the volume as a starting point. For example if you have a reservoir of 1000 Liters and a filter flow rate of 500 L/hr, try to leave it on for at least 30 to 40 hours (1000L x 15 cycles / 500L/hr = 30hrs). As always, the longer the better!
