This is three problems. First the dog that is encouraged to beleive its ok to threaten and bite his owner. Then, the stupid owner that thinks it's ok to harras his animal to the point of being bitten and threatened. And stupidly believes its ok to allow your pet to believe its ok to threaten and bite him. Just a complete dumb ass all around.
