For me, the ideas in kzbin.infoUgkxy_pn55PK60wAV3X_C_RoLS_67mNonoCE Plans were a starting point for building different sheds . Ryan gives ideas that allow an individual to draw nicest conclusions into the design and building of his or her own shed.

I'm pretty sure I just witnessed the most blessed man living. He went after a dream I have had for years(on my own land). Great job,be very proud of yourself. I am for you. I hope to visit your island one-day. Til then I'm in TN.still dreaming of a tiny home community but all in seclusion. In these hills it's easy to not see your neighbor. Lol

I like the idea of the lighting to help with circadian rhythms and sleep wake cycles, plus the rain shower space and washer/dryer situation. Of course like the outdoor fire place area as well.

I love the octagon...my nanny had a neighbour for several years about two decades ago that built a decagon tiny home, and it always drew my eye due to its uniqueness. Your octagon shares a lot of the same wonder, IMO.

I love this guy's island getaway! I remember seeing your first vid of his and I'm excited to see the 3rd one now - You know you have to go back again for another as his land evolves! The lighting in the Octagon is great! Indirect lighting with so many options of light to choose from! That may be my way to retire, finally build a tiny house of my own design and live in a remote area.

I know! I felt so sad wondering what happened to such a sweet couple. Whatever - I hope they are both happier and if possible perhaps could reunite - if it’s meant to be. I love the way his octagon tiny home turned out. They had planned to live in it and rent out Tiffany - but perhaps being single, he realized it would be more profitable to rent out the octagon house.

I keep hearing that Clearwater Beach is the number one beach in Florida because how much sand was even hauled in replacing the original sand with silk-like sand imported from somewhere else, I've been to Siesta Key and really has no much to look at, but to me, Sombrero Beach in the keys, is the best beach Florida's got to offer!

Im from Ft. Myers which is just south of here. I moved away from Fla in 1998 so its been a while but I never remember see that color green water unless the area was having bad algae problem. So Im wondering whata up with the water and this cant be the ocean Im thinking its a river or maybe a back side of a bay. I think the place is super cute I love the tiny home and the little island its a great idea tiny home on tiny island. Just wondering about the water that doesnt look very inviting. I would not want to swim, ski or jet ski in green water... does anyone know about his area and the green water? I just never seen water this color in Ft. Myers except when there was a problem with algae in the lakes canal and rivers.... Love the tiny home

I am flabbergasted because i know Sarasota real estate and specifically Siesta Key which is some of the priciest in the area so how he got that land for anything less than 200k i would be amazed. He must have had a stash of cash. What a dream property, completely private and perfect for what he needed. I'm also totally shocked that the county ok'd it. Shocked!!

The "tiny houses" are built on flatbed car trailers.
@MandrakeDCR
@MandrakeDCR 2 жыл бұрын
Since when is that a requirement? The first tiny homes were built on purchased farmland plots, then the regulators got pissy and people figured out the trailers as an option to skirt that problem, and to this day - people still find places (like this guy) that you are able to build down to a certain tiny size. Besides, his own house is still on one of those trailers for now. Great way for people to see 'wow, if it's going to be even smaller than this to live tiny, we can / won't be able to do it' :)

Gorgeous island and homes...But LED lights are not good for the eyes, do some research. A 2012 study found that LED's can cause irreversible damage to the Retina and a 2019 study warned of 'phototoxic effects' of blue light exposure from LED's. I have light sensitivity and LED's make me feel nausea and cause severe headaches.
