That special Mustang you were talking about is really special, if that is authentic (which I believe it is) the is a 1 of only 300 made yr 2000 Mustang SVT Cobra R’s. That was the first car that Ford put a naturally aspirated 5.4 quad cam V8 in a supercharged variant of that engine would eventually make it into the 2007 SVT GT500 later. They did have an aluminum variant of that 5.4 quad cam engine go into the mid engine Ford GT Super Car.

I know some people who will take a superchargers off their hellcat if they are wanting to go with a set of twin turbos and put the 392s intake on there, I’m glad that Guy actually came out and admitted it. I’m not a Dodge guy, but I am not a fan of people who will put hellcat or cobra badges all over their Mustang, chargers, or challengers Some guy in a little suped up rice burner Honda Civic, Integra, ser v spec Sentra or something will roll up on them gap them and go run their mouth, the rest of the world that they beat, a Cobra, GT500, or Hell Cat when they really didn’t. I am all for people who want to go out of their way to aesthetically modify their vehicles to To look cool like badder ass version of those cars, But if you were going to do that and race them then you need to put something underneath the hood, and I’m not just talking about bolting on an intake or bolting on an exhaust system, You need to either supercharge, procharge, or turbocharge the engine. If not and you want to stay NA put some serious work into making that bad boy put down some power with cams, fuel system upgrades and an ass ton of tuning to make similar or more power than the car you are portraying it to be.

I think that’s a valid point. A lot of people always say who cares. But in my opinion, just rock the car you have until you have the funds to either buy the one you want or make the one you have unique to you
