Don't ever watch anything with Brad Pitt and Bruce Willis 😡 they are both terrible actors!! Nothing Brad Pitt has done is worth the money or time or effort.. the last good movie Bruce Willis did was the 5th element and die hard 4 everything after that was just putrid gutter trash.. if you get people to watch the original 12 monkeys no one will ever watch the new series of the 12 monkeys as the original will show people how stupid the movie storyline was and will turn them off this!! I never watched the series until a week ago and it's actually pretty good but I was planning on never bothering all because of the original pice of crap movie..

Because not everybody could survive time traveling. Some people were send back in time but didn't survive or only half of their body made it. Plus, Cole is the scientist's grandson. This show is amazing.
