His description of the vibrations are spot on for when you have a controlled OBE experience. I’ve experienced the same vibrations before I have had a OBE. When you are experiencing an OBE vision can be dark at first as you aren’t seeing with your physical eyes anymore. Also it’s just as physical far as touch and feel of objects in the astral realm.
