Sion passive completely resets phase rush/first strike cooldown. Its actually so unintuitive, he used phase rush to get in front of irelia blocking her way towards tower and then again in passive to run her down

It's funny to me the TP change is going to have a bigger impact on the game than all of preseason. I do think the ramifications of the change are being glossed over for the superficial changes. Yes, teams can't teleport bot lane anymore to assist in fights. But that means that, outside of global team comps, it is no longer possible for a team to put their resources into botlane to help the bot laner carry. Which means we are going to see a lot more weakside botlanes and a lot less carry focused bot laners. A lot of sacrifice lanes incoming for bot side, like ashe/jhin/MF/Akshan. A lack of ability for the team to assist botside reliably, means the triangle of lane bully, scaler, sacrifice that exists from bottom role is skewed entirely away from scaler. This consequently will mean supports will roam even more, as they are not rewarded for committing their resources botside. I think Akshan will actually be a contested pick, As you can first pick him as a sacrifice bot laner, and if the opponents go for a scaler to punish, you flex him mid and pick a bully bot lane and basically kick the opponent out of the game. Bot lane players celebrating the TP change with the idea that it will help them carry, are likely very wrong. and it'll mean a lot less focus on the bot lane role strategically. I don't think it's a BAD change, just a big one, and people should be aware of the consequences of teams no longer able to funnel map resources botside earlier than 14 minutes.

@@notkurumi Teleport (ON PBE) can no longer be used on non-structures until minute 14. meaning you cannot TP to wards or minions anymore. which makes teleport functionally just a way to get back to lane until 14.

The reason why he goes W first instead of Q is to get those extra max health stacks on minions, he shoves and tries to farm as much as he can to get gold of course, and to get more extra max hp with he’s W passive. He can keep dying, but as long as he gets more gold and hp, he will be a big problem to deal with, which is why he shoves continuously
