Watched a video about game pace (mainly fighting games). But it mentioned 2 types of thinking. Passive and active basically. The 2nd kind requires lots of thinking and raises blood pressure and lowers blood sugar content. So they did a test of giving two groups lemonade one with real sugar the other fake and the real sugar group did better in the tasks (required type 2 thinking). You missed your sentence but we get you. Although as a high elo player myself, I don’t pay much attention to the results and get much more excited about the journey. To me it doesn’t matter what happens in the end, especially since hitting the rank 1 at a specific point in time is pretty luck based, even for a theoretically best player. But the idea of putting all his resources into improving and climbing is pretty exciting to me, especially since we will get to see him play in non smurfing conditions, getting stomped by crazy clever high elo players. It has been a long time we haven’t see baus getting challenged by challengers. Even if he has the skills to get there.
