It's obvious he is an ex soilder you can tell from the way he walks and how he stands hands behind his back. He most likely saw terrible things and is suffering from PTSD which is most likely why he takes drugs. Never judge anyone because you don't know what they've been through...

he is a danger, this is 5th time he appeared in 2 months, 3rd time he tried to break into stables, was arrested, searched and found with a knife and bag of heroin. he is scottish from glasgow, druggy, possibly homeless but he is also a rent boy around Piccadilly circus and Trafalgar square area

Don't know 🤷‍♀... but in a different video, he seemed to be intoxicated or something and was swearing at people including including trying to pick a fight with the two police officers there. One commenter had said that he'd even tried to break into the stables with a knife.
