I think Seth is kinda losing his mind. He can't stand the thought of Wesley ending up with Pink so he's trying to get Pink to focus on him but he's still not over Tiffany completely. He wants both of them to himself but won't get into a relationship with either of them. He's been kinda Selfish in the past with this but with the recent Halloween episode I think Seth is slowly getting over Tiffany since he said "It's not really a couple it's more we just worked on it together like a pair" I think this shows he's not as interested in Tiffany as he used to be.

Yeah, they'd be the best outcome and the most satisfying. Pash is to underdeveloped and would just feel like a filler thing. Sink is to.... I don't wanna say toxic but Seth still clearly has feelings for Tiffany and stuff so he needs to work that out or else it's just gonna end up bad. Wink is the most developed and Wesley has approved a LOT since the beginning of the series, it'd would probably be the most satisfying and healthiest.
