Ollie, I have watched you since you were just a little baby. You have the kindest heart, and sweets attitude of any little boy ( besides my youngest, now adult son) that I know. You are a fantastic swimmer. If only I could swim as good as you. You jump from the top of your slide into your pool; that is very brave. You catch bugs; now that is real brave. So Ollie let me ask you. Why are you having such a hard time taking the special tape off, or letting Mommy or Daddy take it off. Can I tell you something? Life is full of ups and downs, hurts and laughter, joy and pain. If it was nothing but joy and happiness; would that really be living. Also I believe (no I know) that God puts you in circumstances (to experience things) so that when someone else comes along and is going through the same thing you went through. You can put your arm around their shoulder, and say: hey I know what you’re going through. So Ollie don’t be afraid, don’t worry! Just rip the band-aid off! Also you want to know something. If it did hurt; it is probably only a second. That’s nothing! You got this Ollie! Oh, and tell Mom and Dad that they are doing a good job.

Poor Ollie, his lil body is going thru so many changes at once he doesnt understand. Help him to just tackle em head on and ask himself "what's the worse thing that could happen if he does a, b, or c?" That helps me even today..... About the tooth fairy; I remember the tooth fairy brough me $5 once. Well, my prankster daddy decided he would offer me $2.00 instead because it was 2 bills instead of one. Of course, i took him up on it, not realizing at the time i was given les than what i started with. My mom said i pranced around bragging how many monies i had. LOLOL after laffing at me later and showing me the ropes, he gave it back to me.
