Looks like he probably lost a tire. Or possibly even 2 on one axle. If you look at the tire on the back axle it's at a pretty good angle. I wouldn't doubt that he is aware of it and trying to get to his destination (or wherever) then get it fixed.

With the way the duals on the rear axle are leaning over toward the center of the trailer appears he is either running with flats or no tires on the other side.

That was my thought. I tried to flag him down for a few more minutes but he wasn’t interested.

@@DreamInspired And as many new drivers that never look in the mirrors. He should have been able to see the trailer leaning, plus should have felt the drag when you said it kept hitting the ground.

Hey recently found your channel great content. As a family guy, how is home time. Is it worth being gone often? I'm looking into doing this. Thanks.

I get this question often. It was the most important that I had going in. To start, your location matters. If you’re in a busy area, you’ll be home more often than me. I live in South Florida, we don’t have a strong trucking industry there as we don’t produce or build anything. So leaving home once I get there is always tough. The auto industry down there is better but I’m not in that line of work. I’m usually out for a month or 2 at a time. If I lived in say OH, PA, VA, TN, KY, IN, IL… I’d be home more often. It makes it tough. The job isn’t easy and I’ve missed a lot of my family life, my daughter growing up. It sucks! But I make good money. Keep the wife in a new vehicle, he’ll just bought her the 2021 Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 for Christmas. I afford a nice lifestyle. $400k house. Toys. And when I go home, I take a month off. Or 2. We go to Disney, we go on adventures and just enjoy family time. It’s not the easiest life… but I’m not climbing ladders all day anymore. Not breaking my back for BS employers. Not coming home tired and broken and being an asshole because of it. If you can deal with the time away, you can do this!

@@DreamInspired Thanks for the reply and Semper fi! I got out not too long ago and I want to start a business. I have never done trucking and I have kids as well didn't want to miss alot. But if I'm able to support them might be worth it. Located in Central Texas and as I hear there's good amount of freight moving. Again thanks for the response. Definitely continue to follow and stay safe out there.

Isn’t it a weight distribution no-no to be pulling a trailer that long and visibly heavy with a single drive axle truck too?
@jamesm93812 жыл бұрын
It doesn't matter how many axles his tractor has as long as he's within the weight limits for having a single axle. I don't remember what it is for single axle. 20k maybe? I don't really deal with single axles.

I’ve seen some crazy stuff. I don’t feel bad for stupidity or lack of a try at paying attention. I mean I get distracted sometimes too… I don’t always inspect every weld on my pretrips, but I can’t see how anyone can even claim they did a pretrip and they miss these huge things. Hell I saw a trailer 2 weeks ago that was on the floor. Driver disconnected the lights, pulled the 5th wheel and drove off without letting down the landing gear.

@@DreamInspired yeah def lot dumbasses out there. Thing that pisses me off are loose straps or dragging straps on flat bed loads. How the fuck do you they not see that shit in their mirrors.

Come on now, quit spreading fake news with company names. He’s probably just like the rest of us just trying to limp it to the repair shop. Your video didn’t show him passing everyone like he didn’t give a f###.

Well look at the big guy in the comment section 🤣 The reason I even shot the video was after watching him cross 2 bridge and throwing sparks everywhere from scraping. You can have all the fun you want with your opinion but from the guy that was there, yeah this shit bag deserves his CDL revoked.
