It’s insane. He has some shorts titled x% of drummers can play this and they’re mind bogglingly complex
@MathewWeaver7310 ай бұрын
His individual limb dexterity and freedom from each other is insane. I would love to see an EEG of his brain while he’s drumming to see if different parts of his brain activate differently, I think that would be very interesting.

@@MathewWeaver73 oh dude that’d be pretty sweet. Are we sure the EEG could keep up though…. :-P

A lot of people miss that he has two sticks in his right hand at some point and ditches it so cleanly
@DrewPeacock8111 ай бұрын
He’s had an extra stick or two in a few videos. Crazy coordinated to be able to keep in time an up AND a down beat on one hand and keep the rest sounding clean. Dude’s great to watch. I love it
@damianwright369011 ай бұрын
He has gotten cleaner at the release of that extra stick. You can hear it in his Blinding Lights video, the last strike as he goes to drop the stick is heavier than what he'd been doing before (the last strike is the upstroke with the stick he's releasing). It also /looks/ as if the release has gotten easier for him to do as well.

I love watching reactions on this guy

I'm trying to be as entertaining as I can but being a drummer myself and a curious soul, I often am watching mesmerized by what he's doing. It's incredible to watch and there is so much to take in that I sit there in a trance. lol.

He truly is. I try to analyze what he does in his videos and it's so much to take in that I'm often just silent watching it. Which doesn't make for super great content lol.
